Method
Warm up bionella or samba in a water bath.
Add a handful of homemade crunchy cereal or store bought crunchy cereal into a glass.
Then alternate layers of coconut yoghurt, granola and liquid bionella until the glass is filled.
Garnish with seasonal fruits.
Upcycling tip: Why not use empty bionella glasses for serving? Perfect desert on the go.
