Method
Preheat the oven to 210 °C. Add buckwheat to a pan and mix it with ghee, coconut palm sugar, vanilla and salt. Heat the pan and roast the mix for about 2 minutes. Add the sugar coated buckwheat to a baking tray, spread out evenly and roast it for about 12 - 17 minutes. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning them. Allow to cool completely and keep in an airtight container. Can be served over ice cream, pudding or any other dessert of your choice.

- 120 g Rapunzel buckwheat
- 1 tbs Rapunzel Allgäu ghee
- 3 tbs Rapunzel coconut palm sugar
- 1 pinch Rapunzel bourbon vanilla powder
- 1 pinch Rapunzel atlantic sea salt
