Method


Mix 6 tbsp of cold milk with 40 g corn starch, 15 g carob powder and 2 tablespoons sugar till smooth and without clumps. Bring the rest of the milk to a boil, remove from the stove and stir in the pudding powder, simmer briefly till thick and pour into serving dishes.
