Method
Cut the tofu into small pieces and crumble with the help of a fork in a deep plate. Mix the tofu or the cream cheese with jo. spread tomato-paprika, margarine, onion, paprika, and caraway. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange in a bowl and garnish with chopped chives or onion rings. Tastes great with pretzels or strong farmhouse bread.

- 200 g Tofu
or 175 g Cream cheese - 100 g Rapunzel jo. spread tomato-pepper
- 50 g plant margarine
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp caraway powder
- pepper
- Pinch Rapunzel Sea salt with iodine
- Chives
or onion slices for garnish
