Method
Squeeze out lime and rub the shell finely. Put juice and lime bowl into a mixing bowl. Stir in date syrup and vanilla powder. Let the essence drain overnight in a closed vessel. To serve, pour in the Dattel-Limetten-Essenz with Prosecco or mineral water.
Mixing ratio: 100ml Prosecco or mineral water to approx. 20ml lime dattel essence. To refine, add a sheet of mint to each glass.

- 2 limes – yields approx. 60 ml juice
- 100g Rapunzel Date syrup
- 1 Msp. Rapunzel Bourbon vanilla powder
- 1 bottle of Rapunzel Prosecco Vino Frizzante DOC
or non-alcoholic alternative: sparkling water - For refining: mint leaves
