Method
In a small pot bring the sugar and grapefruit juice to boil. Stir till all the sugar is dissolved. Let everything cool off. Pour into a large pitcher and add your water of choice. Serve optionally with ice cubes and a twig of rosemary.
Ingredients
Makes 1.5 Liter
- 200 ml fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
- 100 g Rapunzel Cristallino raw cane sugar
- 1.3 liter sparkling
or non sparkling water - Optional: 1 twig of fresh rosemary and ice cubes
