Method
Cook milk rice as directed on the package together with spices and honey and let cool.
Remove star anise and vanilla pod. Stir in yoghurt. Carefully melt powder sugar in a coated frying pan. Add almonds sticks and roast slightly. Put roasted almond sticks on baking paper and let cool.
For the sauce, peel orange and divide into slices. Remove skins from orange slices and cut into halves. Press the remaining two oranges, add whole cane sugar and cook for about 5 minutes.
Cut dates into pieces, add to mixture and simmer for another 3 minutes. Add orange slices and vanilla powder and let cool completely. Fill spiced milk rice into dessert bowls, top with orange date sauce and decorate with roasted almond slices.
Tip: Use whip cream instead of yoghurt.

Milk rice:
- 500 ml milk
- ½ Rapunzel bourbon vanilla pod
- 1 piece star anise
- ½ cinnamon stick
- 2 pinches of cardamom
- 150 g Rapunzel white milk rice
- 1 tbs. acacia honey
- 250 g natural yoghurt
- 1 tbsp. powder sugar
- 30 g Rapunzel almond sticks
- 1 orange
- juice from 2 oranges
- 100 g Rapunzel dates without pits
- 1 tbs. Rapunzel Rapadura whole cane sugar
- a pinch of Rapunzel bourbon vanilla powder
