Method
Wash the quinoa and bring it to a boil with the triple amount of water. Leave to drain for 20 minutes on the switched off cooktop.
Quinoamasse kneaded with wheat flour and cheese. Then taste with salt, pepper and herbs.
Mould the mixture into rolls and fry in frying oil.

- 250 g Rapunzel Quinoa white
or Rapunzel Quinoa red
or Rapunzel Quinoa mix - 6 tablespoons wheat flour
- 200 g cheese, grated
- Rapunzel herb salt
- pepper
- a handful of fresh parsley and/or various herbs
- Rapunzel frying oil
