Method
Wash the quinoa and bring it to a boil with the triple amount of water. Leave to drain for 20 minutes on the switched off cooktop.
Mix cashew butter with yeast flakes and 1 teaspoon of salt in a bowl with a fork. Then knead with quinoa and wheat flour. Then taste with herbal salt, pepper and fresh herbs.
Mould the mixture into rolls and fry in frying oil.

or Rapunzel Quinoa red
or Rapunzel Quinoa mix - 6 tbs wheat flour
- 4 tbs Rapunzel Cashew butter
- 4 tbs Rapunzel Yeast flakes
- 1 tsp Rapunzel Atlantic sea salt
- Rapunzel herb salt
- pepper
- a handful of fresh parsley and/or various herbs
- Rapunzel frying oil
