Method
Wash salad and cucumber and cut to desired size and transfer to a salad bowl. Shake sesame oil, vinegar, maple syrup and soy sauce in a small container to make the sesame seed dressing. Add feta cheese over salad and sprinkle salad dressing with sesame seeds on top.
Ingredients
for 4 servings
- 1 head of salad
- 1 cucumber, cut in thin slices
- 250 g feta cheese, cut in small squares
- 4 tbs Rapunzel sesame seeds
- 6 tbs Rapunzel sesame oil native
- 2 tbs Rapunzel white wine vinegar
- 1 tbs Rapunzel maple syrup grade A
- 1 tbs soy sauce or substitute soy sauce with Rapunzel salt & freshly ground pepper
