Method
Mix all the ingredients into a thick but pourable dough and pour a large spoonful into a pan. Slowly spread out across the pan and flip once til fully cooked and slightly golden brown.
If desired, you can also add 1 tablespoon of flaxseed, sesame, banana or apple pieces to the dough.
Tip: The pancakes are very tasty with Rapunzel Samba hazelnut, almond butter or other Rapunzel creams, jam or fruit compotes.

- 3 tbs Whole spelled
or wheat flour - 1 egg
- 1 tbs Rapunzel Rapadura whole cane sugar
- ½ tsp Rapunzel Cocoa powder, low fat
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- ca. 1/8 l milk and Water, equal parts
- Rapunzel frying oil
