Method
Prepare the long grain rice according to the instructions on the packaging. Once the rice is cooked, stir in the chopped cilantro, lime juice, and some salt and pepper. Open the taco mix can and heat the bean mixture. Mix all the ingredients for the salsa together in a separate bowl and season to taste. Mix the sour cream with the remaining ingredients in another bowl. Now put the bowls together, fill it with some rice, arrange the warmed taco mix on it, add the salsa, garnish with some lettuce and the avocado slices and top with the sauce. Serve with tortilla chips.

- 250g Rapunzel long grain rice white
- 2 tbs fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbs lime juice, freshly squeezed

- 150 g tomatoes, chopped
- 4 stalks of cilantro, chopped
- ½ onion white, chopped
- 1 tbs lime juice-

- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
- 400 g Rapunzel Taco-Mix
- 1 Avocado, sliced
- lettuce, chopped
- Tortilla chips
- 150 g Sour Cream
- 1 tbs Rapunzel Crema di Peperoncino
- 1 tbs lime juice
- Rapunzel Atlantic sea salt fine and pepper
