This speciality of Mediterranean cuisine has an aromatic, mild flavour and contains 87% sun-ripened artichokes from Italy. It is flavoured with the best Italian extra virgin olive oil and a hint of garlic. The artichokes are carefully harvested by hand in the early hours of the morning and processed immediately afterwards by a small traditional family business. All ingredients are produced directly in Italy. The paste has a creamy, finely chunky consistency and gives both hot and cold dishes a deliciously Mediterranean flavour.
