Method
Wash the apples, cut into quarters and then cut them into thin slices. Layer the apple slices in a baking dish and sprinkle with the almond slivers.
Peel bananas, cut into small pieces and whisk together with the eggs, the vanilla, the cinnamon, the cream and if necessary with coconut blossom syrup. Pour the liquid over the apple slices.
