Method
Roast the sesame seed in a small frying pan until it´s golden brown. Set aside and let cool down.
Mix the cucumber slices with salt, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil and coconut palm syrup. Optionally mix it with garlic. Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds over and serve.
Ingredients

- 1 Cucumber, cut into thin slices
- ¼ tsp Rapunzel sea salt, Atlantic
- 1 small piece of ginger, grated
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1 ½ tbs Rapunzel sesame oil virgin
- ½ tbs Rapunzel coconut palm syrup
- 1 ½ tbs Rapunzel sesame not hulled, fairtrade, demeter
