Method
Give one cup water and the hemp seeds into the mixer and blend. Add remaining water and blend all again till smooth and creamy.
Strain creamy mixture into a large pot through a fine sieve, cheesecloth or kitchen towel. To sweeten add optionally coconut palm syrup, date syrup or/and vanilla powder to the hemp milk. Pour hemp milk into a bottle and keep cooled in fridge. Use hemp milk to drink, for cereals or for baking.

- 125 g Rapunzel hemp seeds peeled, from Austria
- 1 liter water
- 1 pinch Rapunzel sea salt, atlantic
- 2 tbs Rapunzel coconut palm syrup
or 2 tbs Rapunzel date syrup, fairtrade - 1 pinch Rapunzel bourbon vanilla powder
