Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.

- 500 ml of cold water o. vegetable milk
- 80 g Rapunzel dates without stone Deglet Nour
- 4 tbs Rapunzel breakfast porridge Basis
or Rapunzel Oats, big leaf - 2 tbs Rapunzel cocoa powder heavily oiled
- 1 banana, peeled and frozen
- 1 tbs Rapunzel coconut oil
- 3 tbs Rapunzel hemp seeds peeled
- 1 pinch of Rapunzel vanilla powder bourbon
- optional: Add ice cubes
