Aceto Balsamico di Modena I.G.P., Speciale



Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP is a worldwide unique specialty that is produced exclusively in the Northern Italian provinces of Modena and Reggio Emilia. Made according to a traditional recipe from the juice of sun-ripened grapes. Maturation for up to three years in different wood barrels gives the Aceto Balsamico di Modena its harmonious, slightly sweet aroma and its viscous texture.

Preparation
Aceto Balsamico di Modena is produced exclusively in the Northern Italian province of Modena. Wine vinegar is combined with concentrated grape must and matured in different wood barrels. Several years of maturation give the vinegar its viscous texture and dark color.
