Vinegar – one of humankind's the oldest spices

For cooking, for salads or for preserving - vinegar can be used in versatile ways and varies in its flavor depending on the variety.

Rapunzel's organic vinegar varieties are naturally pure and contain many valuable ingredients such as vinegar bacteria, amino acids, enzymes and B vitamins. We do not pasteurize or sulphurize our vinegar, nor do we add any antioxidants or artificial flavors.
