Preparation Instructions
250g for approx. 4 portions: fry Risotto mixture briefly in butter or olive oil. Quench with white wine and add water as needed (approx. 500 ml), until Risotto is creamy. Continuously stir Risotto. Cooking time: approx. 20-25 minutes.
