Tonka pudding powder

This wonderfully creamy pudding with the incomparable aroma of the Tonka bean can be made either whole milk or soy milk. One pudding package is prepared with 500 ml liquid.

corn starch*, tonka bean* ground, sea salt

for 500 ml milk

Preparation Instructions
Remove 6 Tbs of milk from 0.5 L of milk and stir in pudding powder and 2 Tbs Rapadura whole cane sugar or Cristallino cane sugar. Boil remaining milk, remove from stove and add pudding powder, milk and sugar mixture. Boil up briefly once again and pour in a bowl or individual forms that have been previously rinsed with cold water if you want to turn it out. Keep it the fridge at least 4 hours before demoulding.
