Bath Salt with Pine Tips or Fir Tips

Method

Pluck the tops of a fir (light green pine needles) – this is possible from April to June. It is advisable to pluck only the lower tops in not too large quantities, so that the tree is not damaged too.

Mix the fir tree tops and salt in a blender. Then fill the bath salt into glasses, close them and leave them in a dark place for about 2 weeks.

As soon as the bath salt is ready, simply add a few tablespoons of it to the bath water and relax.
