Linseed tart, low carb

Method


Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grind the flax seeds in the kitchen machine and then mix with the flaxseed flour. Finely grate the parmesan and add with egg to the flaxseed to form a nice dough. It should be a slightly sticky dough that can be formed into a ball. If the dough is too dry, gradually add some water. Roll out the dough with the rolling pin between 2 sheets of baking paper. Bake the pizza dough for 10-15 min. in the oven until it is slightly crispy, remove it from the oven. Spread the cream cheese over it, spread the cheese and the onion on top and add with a bit of olive oil. Bake in the oven for another 10 min. until the cheese has melted. Take the tart out of the oven and sprinkle the spinach and chives over it.
