Method
Warm up bionella or samba in a water bath.
Add a handful of
homemade crunchy cereal
or store bought crunchy cereal into a glass.
Then alternate layers of coconut yoghurt, granola and liquid bionella until the glass is filled.
Garnish with seasonal fruits.

Why not use empty bionella glasses for serving? Perfect desert on the go.
