Ingredients
for about 1 liter
125 g
Rapunzel hemp seeds peeled, from Austria
1 liter water
1 pinch
Rapunzel sea salt, atlantic
Optional for sweetening:
2 tbs
Rapunzel coconut palm syrup
or 2 tbs
Rapunzel date syrup, fairtrade
1 pinch
Rapunzel bourbon vanilla powder

Homemade hemp milk
Method
Give one cup water and the hemp seeds into the mixer and blend. Add remaining water and blend all again till smooth and creamy.
Strain creamy mixture into a large pot through a fine sieve, cheesecloth or kitchen towel. To sweeten add optionally coconut palm syrup, date syrup or/and vanilla powder to the hemp milk. Pour hemp milk into a bottle and keep cooled in fridge. Use hemp milk to drink, for cereals or for baking.
